Through its FF EAI Brain, FF is building a next-generation robotics intelligence platform for quadruped and humanoid robots.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage target developer partners through direct outreach and industry events
  • Design customized developer incentive structures including revenue sharing and hardware subsidies
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and commercial onboarding
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with signed partners to identify expansion opportunities
  • Track industry trends and provide feedback to product teams on market gaps
  • Manage the developer acquisition pipeline using CRM tools and report on KPIs

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise partnerships, or technical sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Robotics
  • Proven ability to structure and close complex commercial agreements
  • Technical literacy regarding software platforms, APIs, SDKs, and AI/robotics
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, AI hardware, IoT, or embedded systems
  • Experience designing partner incentive programs or revenue-sharing models
  • Established network within Chinese or US robotics and AI research communities
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems like AWS, NVIDIA, or Apple
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
