Detailer I

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail assigned vehicle units to meet daily production goals
• Read and interpret production orders with minimal assistance
• Meet all QA and QC standards for each task within the assigned department
• Ensure cleaning and detailing tasks are completed according to specific instructions
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately and ensure it is placed in proper containers
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety protocols
• Set work priorities to meet scheduled production goals

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions
• Ability to stand at a workstation for up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work with arms above head and from ladders or scaffolding

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a related manufacturing environment
