Detail Specialty

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply detailing using paint, decals, or stencils
• Operate specialized paint and metal surface application equipment and measuring tools
• Mix and apply various coating systems including alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies, and water-borne paint systems
• Repair exterior paint surfaces
• Apply decals using mobile equipment
• Operate scissor lifts or scaffolding for high-access work
• Maintain all required paperwork and follow all safety rules and practices

Requirements

• Mobile equipment certification
• Experience with decal application
• Experience with exterior paint repair
• Ability to operate a scissor lift or scaffold
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment
• Experience in the rail or steel manufacturing industry
