About the role

Responsibilities

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Coordinate and execute site inspections and visits for out-of-market accounts
  • Plan and coordinate Familiarization Tours (FAMs) and in-market customer events
  • Maintain account, contact, and business details in software applications
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events

Requirements

  • Event planning experience in hotels, wedding venues, or restaurants
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
