About the role
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Coordinate and execute site inspections and visits for out-of-market accounts
- Plan and coordinate Familiarization Tours (FAMs) and in-market customer events
- Maintain account, contact, and business details in software applications
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
Requirements
- Event planning experience in hotels, wedding venues, or restaurants
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
