Responsibilities

• Participate in transfer and launch meetings
• Verify technical and regulatory compliance of choices
• Produce detailed drawings and layout plans using CAD software (detail books, manufacturing plans, nomenclatures)
• Analyze architectural, structural, and support plans to manage interfaces with other trades
• Participate in technical coordination meetings with architects and control offices
• Manage document approvals (visas) and site consultation launches
• Prepare manufacturing orders and place supplier orders
• Manage and distribute technical documentation and project files
• Compile and transmit the As-Built Documentation (DOE) to clients

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in building envelope roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
