Responsibilities

• Participate in transfer and launch meetings
• Verify technical and regulatory compliance of choices
• Produce layout and detail plans using CAD software (detail books, layout plans, manufacturing plans, nomenclatures)
• Analyze architectural, structural, and support plans to manage interfaces
• Participate in technical coordination meetings with architects and control offices
• Manage document visas and follow up until BPE documents are obtained
• Prepare manufacturing orders and place supplier orders
• Manage and distribute technical documentation and plan lists
• Compile and transmit the As-Built Documentation (DOE) to clients
• Provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in building envelope roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
