Responsibilities

• Read and analyze architectural and structural guide plans, support plans, and other trade plans (carpentry, metalwork, etc.)
• Review written tender documents (quotes, sub-details, CCTP, various notices, DPGF)
• Draw and produce layout, marking, and detail plans using CAD software in compliance with standards, DTU, and technical opinions
• Ensure interface between trades and attend technical coordination meetings with architects and other companies
• Establish material quantity take-offs and estimates
• Use and expand the library of construction elements
• Obtain validation of execution plans and details from the works supervisor before distribution
• Distribute and track document approvals (architect visas, control office)

Requirements

• Currently completing an Engineering degree or Master's in Construction/BTP
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Robot / ONAYA is a plus
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic, and motivated
