Responsibilities

• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and trade plans along with written tender documents
• Produce layout, marking, and detail drawings using CAD software in compliance with standards and technical guidelines
• Coordinate with other trades and attend technical meetings with architects and contractors
• Establish material quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Maintain and complete the construction element library
• Validate execution plans with the works supervisor and track document approvals

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree or Master's in construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Robot, or ONAYA is a plus
• Team-oriented with a curious, dynamic, and motivated mindset
