About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and technical support to end users in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Support Active Directory functions, including user account management and troubleshooting
- Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware/software rollouts
- Utilize SCCM for system management, deployments, and updates
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and other standard enterprise applications
- Manage and organize workstation cabling and cable management
- Respond to service requests and incidents while meeting SLA expectations
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on desktop support experience
- Proven experience with Active Directory and SCCM
- Proficiency in PC imaging and deployment processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL
