About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize on-site technical interventions
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware/software configuration
- Prepare and install workstations and software following strict instructions
- Provide technical assistance and advice to users based on their skill level
- Manage ticket tracking and ensure user follow-up
- Manage IT equipment, spare parts, and stock levels
Requirements
- Higher education degree in IT
- Several years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
- Ticket management skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel between sites
- Ability to work in the Toulouse/Haute-Garonne area
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt communication to different user technical levels
- Analytical and organizational skills
