About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize on-site technical interventions
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware/software configuration
  • Prepare and install workstations and software following strict instructions
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to users based on their skill level
  • Manage ticket tracking and ensure user follow-up
  • Manage IT equipment, spare parts, and stock levels

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in IT
  • Several years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows environments
  • Ticket management skills
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel between sites
  • Ability to work in the Toulouse/Haute-Garonne area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt communication to different user technical levels
  • Analytical and organizational skills
