Responsibilities
- Provide personalized technical support to clients by understanding and responding to specific needs
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment through regular checks and rapid problem resolution
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and guiding users on equipment use
- Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary
- Provide basic training on equipment and software to improve user autonomy
- Manage requests and priorities effectively
- Maintain detailed reports on interventions and proposed service improvements
Requirements
- Significant first experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Rigorous approach to following existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated mindset
- Conversational English skills
