About the role
Responsibilities
- Address tickets in the ticketing system
- Record and maintain inventory of assets
- Support Windows workstations and Chromebooks (repair, optimize & reimage)
- Install and provide support for classroom technology including projectors and interactive whiteboards
- Contribute to the shared Knowledge Base
- Prioritize daily activities including tickets and administration requests
Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical experience, deskside preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong understanding of Windows OS & Chrome OS
- Prior experience with a ticketing system
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in a high-activity environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
