About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to end users by monitoring the Solution Center and resolving submissions efficiently
- Perform computer setups, including operating system installation, MS updates, anti-virus configuration, and imaging PCs/laptops
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts and mailboxes using Active Directory and EMC
- Configure and troubleshoot iPhones and iOS devices
- Procure necessary hardware including computers, desktops, and printers
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for system repairs and maintenance
- Provide one-on-one assistance via phone, email, or remote support tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent Helpdesk/IT Support experience
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), DNS, and EMC environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with computer builds, software installations, and iOS device configuration
- Ability to prioritize workload independently and escalate issues when required
