About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for devices and platforms including Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Surface
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and resolve support tickets while adhering to SLAs and maintaining proper documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of IT operations experience in large-scale environments (4000+ users)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting IT operations within the banking sector
  • Expertise in end-user technologies and troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues
  • Strong understanding of Avaya, Polycom, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and ITIL practices
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset
