About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for devices and platforms including Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Surface
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve support tickets while adhering to SLAs and maintaining proper documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of IT operations experience in large-scale environments (4000+ users)
- 3+ years of experience supporting IT operations within the banking sector
- Expertise in end-user technologies and troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues
- Strong understanding of Avaya, Polycom, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and ITIL practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset
