About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise IT operations, infrastructure management, and IT asset management
- Manage project governance for all deliverables and ensure SLA compliance
- Monitor daily tickets across multiple locations and conduct weekly calls with SPOCs
- Oversee IT Asset Inventory management and ensure compliance for EPO, DLP, and SCCM
- Manage vendor coordination and resource availability across locations
- Conduct regular audits on internal processes and perform gap analysis
- Facilitate training for deployed resources to improve technical skills and program efficiency
- Perform data analysis and report corrective actions to customer management
- Handle HR, administrative, and statutory compliances for deployed resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or management
- Proven experience in IT Asset Management and ITSM
- Strong background in project governance and SLA management
- Experience with vendor coordination and infrastructure management
