About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in a high-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist new users with IT hardware collection and setup
  • Ensure laptops and mobile phones are up to date and deployment ready
  • Record all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
  • Deliver services in accordance with SLAs and provide progress updates
  • Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure
  • Follow ITIL processes including Change and Release management

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Exceptional customer experience in end user services
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet service level agreements
  • Sound knowledge of Laptops, Desktop PCs, printers, AV equipment, and BYOD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management
