About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in a high-paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist new users with IT hardware collection and setup
- Ensure laptops and mobile phones are up to date and deployment ready
- Record all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
- Deliver services in accordance with SLAs and provide progress updates
- Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure
- Follow ITIL processes including Change and Release management
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Exceptional customer experience in end user services
- Ability to prioritize work to meet service level agreements
- Sound knowledge of Laptops, Desktop PCs, printers, AV equipment, and BYOD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management
