About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, VPN, and application-related issues for both Windows and macOS.
  • Perform laptop and desktop imaging, configuration, and deployment for new hires and hardware refreshes.
  • Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including inventory updates, allocation, recovery, and disposal.
  • Handle IT onboarding and offboarding requests, including workstation setup and user access management.
  • Execute basic Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account unlocks.
  • Log and track incidents and service requests using ITSM ticketing tools to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or end-user computing support.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS devices.
  • Proven experience in laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and VPN clients.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deployment tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDT, or JAMF.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, service request, and asset management processes.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management and security compliance.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.
