About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as an initial point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and in person
  • Serve as the local IT point of contact for office-based issues
  • Perform triage and resolve incidents related to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
  • Maintain departmental procedures and technical content in the Knowledge Base
  • Contribute to IT projects and document persistent technical problems
  • Ensure a positive user experience through timely and professional service

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience (desktop or helpdesk preferred)
  • 4-year college degree
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Copilot, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, and Entra ID
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical users
  • Proficiency in PC hardware and software support and incident documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Crestron Audio Visual equipment
  • Exposure to the ITIL Framework
