About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing friendly and solution-oriented technical support.
- Provide junior-level support for hardware setups, identity checks, and basic access requests.
- Assist colleagues with productivity applications and collaboration tools using established procedures.
- Support the maintenance of AV and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Document work and ticket notes accurately to assist senior technical advisors.
- Translate technical steps into simple, human-centric instructions for non-technical users.
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and urgency.
- Clear, patient, and jargon-free communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and software.
- Two-year college degree, technical school degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
