About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer SCCM to design, build, and maintain custom operating system images and manage application deployments.
- Manage Microsoft Intune and Unified Endpoint Configuration Management (UECM) for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Support mission-critical Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including server operating systems and SQL Server applications.
- Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise print services and infrastructure.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including patching, health checks, and software updates.
- Collaborate with IT Security to deploy and maintain enterprise software and risk mitigation tools.
- Provide Tier 3 support to desktop support analysts and develop technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and/or Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with application packaging and task sequences.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and core networking fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot deployments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SCCM reporting.
- Master-level experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), VMware, and Linux operating systems.
