About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support to users to meet specified SLAs
- Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
- Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify and eliminate potential incidents
- Support users with network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, print, and file services
- Install, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Provide software break/fix services and mobile device maintenance
- Configure and support network printers, scanners, and mobile computing platforms
- Provide VIP support for specialized equipment and communication devices
- Utilize problem management databases to track and report customer requests
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Sound knowledge of imaging tools such as Ghost or MDT
- Experience with data backup and recovery tools like USMT
- Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and migrating Windows 7/10
- Experience deploying Windows in large enterprise environments
- Ability to configure hardware, applications, and network connectivity
- Experience configuring mobile computing and backup/recovery options
- Fluency in Dutch and English
