About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite computer deployment, imaging, and configuration for a Fortune 100 client
- Install and deploy computers, peripherals, monitors, smartphones, and VOIP phones
- Migrate user data and provide end-user orientation and troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive checks on A/V equipment
- Dispose of old equipment and support special hardware and software projects
