About the role

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving data files, browsers, internet connections, and web-based applications
  • Gather and analyze log files from client and backend systems to assist engineering teams in resolving platform issues
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, chat, and email, effectively de-escalating challenging interactions
  • Advise customers on optimal product usage to help them leverage the platform in their daily activities
  • Manage and triage support tickets using internal systems to ensure timely updates and resolution
  • Contribute to product and documentation improvements by defining business and technical requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role at a technology company
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or Talkdesk
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting SaaS-based products
  • 1+ years of experience creating technical documentation
  • 1+ years of experience in litigation support or consulting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within complex technical environments
  • Experience with IT or application support ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and teach them to others
