Responsibilities

• Design and build the look and feel of new product experiences across the hiring workflow
• Create interfaces that make AI agents feel transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely like a coworker
• Develop prototypes to prove out ideas fast in Figma, code, or both
• Own and ship meaningful product areas end-to-end from problem definition through rollout
• Set how Metaview's AI products look, feel, and behave in real customer workflows
• Maintain the craft bar for the whole product, including motion, density, and hierarchy

Requirements

• Experience shipping beautiful, complex products in fast-moving software environments
• Ability to design and bring interfaces to life via Figma and/or code
• Strong point of view on product design and user experience
• High attention to detail regarding pixels, motion, and interaction design
• Comfort with ownership, ambiguity, and working closely with engineering and product teams
• Experience with design systems, real-time collaboration, or AI-native interfaces is a plus
