Designer, Women's

Responsibilities

• Design and develop trend-right, elevated women's products from concept to commercialization, including handbags and small leather goods.
• Research global markets, consumer insights, materials, and emerging trends to inform seasonal design direction.
• Create concept boards, mood boards, and inspiration decks to communicate seasonal narratives and color stories.
• Generate hand sketches, CAD drawings, and design iterations for accessories and leather goods.
• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Review and approve pre-production samples in partnership with Product Development to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production to support successful product execution and timely decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience specifically with handbags and small leather goods.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating concepts and technical specs.
• Strong technical drawing skills and ability to maintain detailed product specifications.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to global partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
