Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and define visual guidelines and master templates for CRM
• Advise on design and visual identity for direct marketing channels including email, SMS, apps, and social media
• Create content assets for templates within existing design guidelines
• Create or adapt illustrations, icons, and logos
• Visualize strategies and customer journeys to ensure a cohesive visual experience
• Brainstorm and conceptualize engaging consumer-facing digital experiences
• Liaise with Experience Strategists, Account Directors, and Consultants from idea generation to execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience from an advertising or in-house agency
• Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is preferred
• Comfortable working in PowerPoint, preferably with animations
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools like Claude
• Ability to produce strong graphic design concepts and reinterpret brand assets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
• Excellent time management and proactive mindset
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
