Designer/UI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant UI solutions to solve specific interaction problems across multiple platforms.
• Build and refine complex UI components, defining props, states, variants, and technical constraints for scalable implementation.
• Use AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., VS Code, Copilot, Claude) to create live-code prototypes that serve as a source of truth for engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Conduct data-driven analyses and incorporate user feedback to inform design decisions and iterative improvements.
• Review production builds to validate alignment with intended UI architecture, responsiveness, and component correctness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass/Less), and JavaScript.
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and developer productivity tools to accelerate workflows.
• Demonstrated experience applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
