Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels
• Manage design projects from brief to completion following brand guidelines
• Develop understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies
• Deliver high-quality creative assets for digital advertising and social media
• Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
• Oversee preparation of finished files complying with output specifications

Requirements

• 3-5 years of creative experience in digital design or content creation
• Portfolio demonstrating strong aesthetic sensibility
• Experience with premium or beauty brand creative
• Proven track record with Gen AI tools
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Expertise in Gen AI platforms and techniques
• Strong retouching and finishing abilities
• Understanding of digital design principles and social media specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beauty or luxury brands
• Social media content creation expertise
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Video and motion graphics capabilities
• Experience with creative automation
