Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality design solutions across digital, social, environmental graphics, OOH, presentations, print, and experiential materials
• Develop visual concepts that support sponsorship storytelling and brand-building objectives
• Ensure all creative adheres to brand Visual Identity and accessibility standards
• Deliver production-ready artwork across various formats with accurate technical specifications
• Adapt and version assets for partners, channels, or market requirements
• Manage feedback cycles, timelines, and approvals with professional clarity
• Maintain structured file management, version control, and asset governance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a brand or marketing designer in an agency or in-house setting
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience preparing final artwork and delivering to precise technical specifications
• Experience designing sponsorship assets or working with sports/entertainment partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high organizational discipline
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or CMS
• Motion graphics or animation capability is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
