Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce, adapt and scale digital and print assets across multiple channels, formats, languages and markets
• Apply general design knowledge such as alignments, compositions, and typographic handling
• Provide support for established projects and contribute graphic solutions from scratch
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality
• Work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors
• Maintain pixel perfection and error-free ad content through collaboration with visual QAs

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience
• Mastery of Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop
• Strong file organization skills (layers, folders, etc.)
• Experience working with dielines and vendor specs for print projects
• Ability to work independently and under supervision
• Experience in design libraries, image sourcing, language versioning, and resizing
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools to create efficiencies
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in English and production techniques
• Strong communication skills for global collaboration
