Designer - Men's

Responsibilities

• Drive trend-to-market design, execution, and management for the Men's Category (Nova Men)
• Design brand-appropriate fashion including streetwear, denim, basics, accessories, and tailoring
• Hand-sketch ideas to clearly communicate design, construction, and fabrication
• Lead and mentor CAD Designers and junior team members on concept and construction
• Oversee line sheet management and ensure regular updates
• Partner with Product Development on new fabric, trim, and construction developments
• Direct fittings from first prototypes to fit samples to ensure quality and sizing accuracy
• Collaborate with technical design on tech packs and with merchant partners to drive sales growth
• Manage time within the brand calendar to hit all rapid-turnaround milestones

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of design experience specifically within the Men's Apparel space
• BFA/BA Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Skilled hand sketching technique
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of the men's fashion market and emerging street trends
• Ability to work on multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
