Responsibilities

• Support and sometimes lead the visual design of email and social fundraising campaigns
• Collaborate with strategists and creative directors in the development of creative solutions
• Present and explain designs to internal teams and iterate based on feedback
• Stay up to date on technology and design best practices and trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional digital design experience
• Versatile design aesthetic for different styles and online platforms
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
• Ability to work quickly, autonomously, and with polish
• Resourceful, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects
• Experience with Figma
