Designer and Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-stream projects across multiple brands, managing timelines and quality
• Maintain a consolidated view of the store design portfolio for leadership and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional alignment between design teams, brand managers, vendors, and retailers
• Support the creation of high-impact presentation documents and executive status updates
• Lead the technical phase of retail design projects using AutoCAD for fixture drawings and floor plans
• Review and annotate millwork shop drawings to ensure precision in structural details
• Partner with design leads to ensure creative intent is preserved from concept to execution
• Develop and manage vendor relationships across various projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related creative field
• 5+ years of experience in design and project management within fast-paced environments
• Strong command of retail design principles and prototyping experience
• Proven track record managing large-scale design programs for high-profile or luxury brands
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Eligibility to work in the United States
