Designer and Doer

Responsibilities

• Engage with local people to gather insights regarding their needs and future aspirations
• Build visions for improved service delivery and plan strategic changes
• Deliver community-focused projects by supporting clients and the wider team
• Manage project priorities, expectations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Write clear project updates, insight reports, and strategic recommendations
• Proactively support new client onboarding and maintain engagement with existing clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in project planning and delivery
• Strong skills in insight gathering and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage complex deadlines and competing priorities
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to navigate complex, evolving projects
• Openness to learning from mistakes and asking for support when needed
