Designer

Responsibilities

• Create motion and graphic design assets for social, presentations, and thought leadership materials
• Develop bespoke brand expressions across external and internal channels
• Manage asset collation, organization, and archiving
• Collaborate with senior creative and marketing team members on ideas and briefs
• Work independently with minimal day-to-day creative direction
• Prepare optimized files and presentation materials for creative reviews

Requirements

• Strong design aesthetic and visual storytelling ability
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Basic animation/editing knowledge in After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Strong typography, layout, and design system understanding
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to balance stakeholder expectations and deadlines
