Designer Advocate, Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and deliver certification and scalable enablement programs for Figma's service distribution partners
• Cultivate trusted relationships with strategic service, distribution, and tech partners
• Develop written, visual, and video content showcasing modern product development workflows and Figma's ecosystem
• Represent Figma at partner events, workshops, conferences, and customer engagements
• Gather insights from users and partners regarding workflows, integrations, and emerging trends

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Figma
• Strong understanding of modern product design workflows and development environments
• Experience with design systems, design tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping
• Ability to communicate complex design workflows and systems with clarity
• Ability to translate technical design decisions into practical development outcomes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
