Designer Advocate

Responsibilities

• Empower users at scale by collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience teams to unlock Figma's full potential within real product workflows.
• Create compelling written, visual, and video content that reflects modern design and build processes, from exploration to production-ready systems.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the design community and identify opportunities for user-driven initiatives.
• Speak and engage at industry meetups, conferences, and community events to share practical insights.
• Champion user voices internally by staying attuned to community feedback and emerging trends to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Figma and experience integrating it within modern product development environments.
• Thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, including design systems and tokens.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of confidently engaging large audiences through public speaking.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving workflows, including AI-assisted design or prototyping.
• Active participation in the design community through events, online platforms, or advocacy work.
