Design Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex verification and digital design problems to propose micro-architecture solutions
• Drive test planning, development, and execution using directed and constrained random methods
• Perform debug and root cause analysis across RTL, PHY, and firmware
• Collaborate with RTL, PHY, Architecture, and Firmware teams to ensure design correctness
• Own coverage closure (functional and code) and signoff criteria for tape-out readiness
• Develop and enhance verification infrastructure, automation, and flows to improve scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM
• Experience with DDR4, DDR5, or LPDDR memory subsystems
• Strong C/C++ programming skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PHY verification and integration
• Deep understanding of high-speed interface protocols and timing sequences
• Experience with FW–HW co-verification and co-simulation environments
• Proficiency in debugging RTL and firmware interactions using simulation/emulation tools
• Experience with coverage-driven verification, assertions (SVA), and formal methodologies
