Design to Value Leader

Responsibilities

• Analyze product material, labor, and related costs to uncover value opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of Design-to-Value projects
• Document and assess potential project impact to support prioritization
• Lead workshops to unlock efficiency improvements across the value chain
• Review customer specifications to identify implementation challenges
• Maintain technology and feature assessments through competitive benchmarking
• Partner with Product and Application Managers to address evolving market demands
• Collaborate with Customer Order Engineers to identify engineering improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or supply chain role
• Proven project leadership experience
• Proficiency with Windchill, Creo, and SAP (ERP)
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification
• Experience with ECAD (E3 or similar)
