Responsibilities

• Design by making and own complex product areas end-to-end
• Use functional prototypes as the primary tool for thinking, aligning, and deciding
• Build expertise in how founders and early-stage companies manage money
• Set product direction and shape what gets built or cut
• Maintain an unreasonable standard for craft, usability, and interaction quality
• Work AI-native to accelerate processes and identify AI product opportunities
• Evolve Rho's design system and principles

Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and end-to-end ownership
• Ability to prototype in code and with AI tools beyond Figma
• Experience designing for real complexity and dense workflows
• Strong communication skills to interact with executives and engineers
• High level of autonomy and ability to thrive in ambiguity
