Design Technical (electronics) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Request, review, and evaluate PPAP documentation from suppliers to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Verify key PPAP elements including PSW, control plans, PFMEA, process flow, dimensional results, and material certificates.
• Identify and follow up on missing or non-compliant documentation with suppliers to ensure accurate resubmission.
• Manage the upload, maintenance, and version control of quality documentation within the corporate database (CDB).
• Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal departments such as Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, R&D, and IMDS.
• Support changes requiring updated PPAP submissions and ensure all records are updated accordingly.
• Provide consultation to Strategic Buyers and Commodity Managers regarding the availability and relevance of PPAP documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience working with IT/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive sector.
• Experience working in a multinational corporate environment.
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP Analytic Cloud, or CDB.
