Design Tech I (HTML Developer)

Responsibilities

• Develop HTML-based products for email and other interactive content, such as quizzes and polls, following industry best practices.
• Implement cohesive visual identities for multiple brands within engagement experiences.
• Take ownership of assigned design projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
• Participate in brainstorming and critique sessions to identify opportunities for improving design and performance.
• Manage operational workflows, including batch updates to template components and maintaining project management tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a designer or developer.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with code editor tools (e.g., Brackets, Sublime, Dreamweaver).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience developing email and other interactive content.
• Strong eye for design, including typography and page layout.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the publishing industry.
