Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of the New Orleans and NYC studios, including boards, kits, and digital sampling libraries
• Confirm delivery of revised technical drawings (CADs) for accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare samples and materials for fit presentations and design meetings
• Document product fit through modeling and frame testing
• Maintain Design Structure and Color Sample tracker boards in Monday.com
• Audit and maintain physical and digital design libraries
• Receive and audit manufacturer samples against order documentation
• Support technical inspection of eyewear samples and finished goods
• Assist with the build of seasonal tech packs

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product, project management, or operations
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
• Strong organizational skills and proactive process management
• High attention to detail and product judgment
• Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
