Design Standards Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects
• Architecturally design standards for the wider team and future design implementation
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized
• Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
• Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria
• Produce formal project status reports and manage the flow of project information through regular meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in Procore and other construction project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, management, and communication skills
• Effective presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with a broader team
