Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, landing page layouts, flyers and presentations
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone and messaging across all channels
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives and strategies into high-impact design solutions
  • Manage marketing design priorities and streamline creative workflows across the firm
  • Design and update web pages and digital assets with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Organize and maintain a library of creative assets
  • Develop print collateral such as brochures, event signage, and booth graphics
  • Participate in A/B testing of design variations to optimize performance
  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers and vendors

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating high-impact visual content for digital and print marketing campaigns
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of design principles for digital media, including UX and CRO
  • Demonstrated ability to champion corporate brand strategy and visual identity
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) and creative production workflows
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media or a related field
