About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute inclusive recruiting strategies to engage top design talent across university, industry, and emerging talent ecosystems
- Partner with design and engineering leaders to understand priorities and align with hiring frameworks
- Translate evolving skill needs, particularly regarding AI and emerging technologies, into credible hiring strategies
- Build high-impact candidate experiences from initial engagement through the offer stage
- Use data and metrics to advise stakeholders on talent gaps and long-term hiring plans
- Lead the implementation of hiring plans for complex organizations and talent pools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing, or HR)
- Proven experience recruiting for designers, systems thinkers, and creative technologists
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Master's Degree and 6+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Deep understanding of how AI and new technologies are reshaping the design discipline
