Design Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end delivery of creative and design projects
• Establish project plans, timelines, and standardized workflows
• Assign tasks to designers and monitor workload distribution
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
• Act as the central coordination point between creative, marketing, and business units
• Maintain and archive project documentation and assets
• Support continuous improvement of workflow systems like Zoho and Figma

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7 years of project management experience in creative, design, or event environments
• Proficiency in Zoho and Figma
• Strong understanding of creative processes and the design lifecycle
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail regarding documentation and archiving
