About the role
Responsibilities
- Standardize manufacturing processes by analyzing and harmonizing production ranges to improve efficiency and repeatability
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Design Office and Production to deploy and explain new operating procedures
- Develop and implement innovative methodologies for verifying production files, including smart checklists and design reviews
- Support the transition between design and production through change management and technical coordination
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Industrialization
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using CAD software
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between the design office and the workshop
- Rigorous, analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills
- Previous experience or internship in an industrial environment is a plus
