Design Office Engineer (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Standardize manufacturing processes by analyzing and harmonizing production ranges to improve efficiency and repeatability
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Design Office and Production to deploy and explain new operating procedures
• Develop and implement innovative methodologies for verifying production files, including smart checklists and design reviews
• Support the transition between design and production through change management and technical coordination

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Industrialization
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using CAD software
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between the design office and the workshop
• Rigorous, analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills
• Previous experience or internship in an industrial environment is a plus
