Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the design vision across web and corporate channels, including webpages, emails, and newsletters
• Lead, structure, and support a team of designers and interns, managing priorities and resource allocation
• Foster creativity and innovation by developing compelling design concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with product, development, marketing, and copywriting teams to align design with business objectives
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadline adherence
• Manage and evolve Design Systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in web design (UX/UI)
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong experience in building and evolving Design Systems
• Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance UX/UI
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluency in French and good command of English
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a web communication agency
• Experience within the fintech or retail finance industry
