Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and initiatives for the Lifestyle business across Fashion, Home, Food, Beauty, and Toys categories.
• Oversee design execution for the ANZ, Southeast Asia, and India markets to ensure brand integrity and commercial viability.
• Develop and present new creative concepts, design strategies, and product mockups.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including licensees, retailers, agents, and creative agencies.
• Create trend and inspiration boards to inform seasonal direction and visual storytelling.
• Support the evolution of style guides and creative assets to ensure alignment with global and regional needs.
• Provide strategic design feedback to internal teams and external partners to elevate creative quality.

Requirements

• Substantial and proven background in licensing, manufacturing, or consumer product design.
• Experience working with licensed entertainment products.
• Strong understanding of design, product development, and manufacturing processes for lifestyle categories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch creative strategies to leadership.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Product Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
